Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for Payroll and Time and Attendance. Employees use a time clock to punch in and out. They also request time off through ADP when they want to take a vacation day or Excused Absence day.
- ADP has a great time and attendance package.
- User-friendly for employees when they want to request time off.
- Lack of customer service support.
- Very difficult trying to navigate reports.
- Negative - We are paying for a service that does not support our needs.
- Positive for employees who have to use the timeclock and request time off.
We selected ADP for its reputation in payroll and its HR package. Payroll is fine. Its the HR side were we need additional one-on-one in-person training.
