Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is used across the whole organization and we have periodic technical difficulties. It may be our internet provider but I have several users who say their time clock piece does not load the first time that they log in. They have to logout and back in a few times to be able to clock in or out.
- On-time billing.
- Frequent updates.
- I would love to be able to add comments when adjusting someone's salary as documentation.
- Effective date changes for every part of an employees pay profile.

I have had trouble getting this to flow the way I want it to.
