Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use the HR and Payroll module every day. We also use this as our company intranet to house all of our documents and daily information sheets.
- Payroll.
- Benefits.
- On boarding could use more information and guided steps - as an admin, it would be helpful to see the new hire perspective.
- Compensation dashboard - wish this had more features to just insert annual increases and send out notices to staff through this dashboard.
I did not know this was a thing - would be helpful to know what our options are?
