Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

We are using AdvocateHub to provide additional value for our customers. Through AdvocateHub we share product development information, offer opportunities to network with peers, provide professional development and recognition and offer fun opportunities to learn more about our product and industry. In turn we gain brand loyalty, increase product engagement and support our renewal goals.
  • AdvocateHub does an amazing job of offering a variety of ways our customers can get involved, from challenges to discussions to referrals and more, there is something that appeals to everyone.
  • The AdvocateHub team does a phenomenal job of onboarding and helping to ensure your success through all phases. They have a fantastic system and an enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff.
  • The developers at AdvocateHub are always looking for ways to improve and I love how they provide direct insight into their roadmap. What's more, we even have the opportunity to provide input and share our excitement for features on the horizon.
  • There are occasional stability issues in the AdvocateHub, primarily stemming around targeting groups. They do a wonderful job of providing immediate information if an issue arises and when the issue is resolved.
  • I would like to see greater visibility into some email reporting. If an advocate leaves your hub an email is sent after a specific period of time. Responses to this email are not available, except through your customer success coach. Likewise, the content of the email is only available if you ask.
  • I would like more control over some of the messaging that goes out to our advocates as well as the timing of that messaging.
  • It's still early, but we have seen positive results in the area of brand engagement. The advocates in our hub are engaged in the activities and enjoy sharing their passion for school safety.
  • Through the AdvocateHub we have identified some exceptional advocates who are doing things with us outside the hub. It is doubtful we would have discovered these folks or gained this level of advocacy without the hub.
  • We have created some exciting and valuable content from the AdvocateHub. We have advocate-generated stories and blog posts which are well-received by prospects. And, we are in the process of curating a great deal of hub content into an ebook on the Successes of School Safety.
AdvocateHub is pretty much in a class of its own. We struggled to find true competitors offering the breadth and depth available through AdvocateHub. The only other option is to piece together components from other companies and that would be a total nightmare. Plus, the ability to integrate AdvocateHub with Salesforce and HubSpot made this an easy decision.
AdvocateHub is very well suited to supporting your customer marketing or customer advocacy initiatives. They offer a wide range of creative and effective methods of engaging your customers in your brand and your product. The AdvocateHub is also well suited to employees. It's a great way to boost morale, build teamwork and promote your brand.
