Overall Satisfaction with Adyen

We use Adyen to receive payment from part of our clients.
It allow us to accept online payments and help us manage those by a simple and helpful reports.

Pros

  • Might need to be a bit more tailoring to the company needs

  • Reach to a lot of clients
  • No collection problems
  • Increased our clients cycle

Adyen can support a bit more currencies and credit cards.
In addition their rates were much lower.
The online platform and the reports are convenient to any user.

I guess that people do business with people. in some way we had the best connection with Adyen account manager and sales team.
In addition, they offer the best rates and had some great recommendations.

Using Adyen

8 - Ayden is a payment platform for our advertisers. Basically a payment provider that allow our clients to pay us with credit cards.
The system help us to reach to end users and basically increase our range of clients.
Hopefully the end users will fulfill their potential and help both of us grow together.
4 - Finance team uses Ayden to check for upcoming payment and recon the Ayden balance to our bank account, check for unapproved transactions and the reasons for the refuse, refund wire by the client request and more.
Business and IT always try to find better ways to improve the integration between Ayden to our systems.

Well, Ayden is a very easy system to manage, it allow the user a nice visibility and many details about the clients.
It integrated very easily to our system and allow us to increase our activity.
In addition, Ayden have a very good help center that available all the time and very helpful.
