Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We use it on daily basis mostly for social media moderation and monitor the conversation online. It’s great to collaborate with other team member especially for assigning some message to our customer services
  • Customer service is quick and efficient. The chat box is very useful
  • The social inbox is great and give an Easter view of our multiple social profiles
  • Easy connecting to social platforms
  • They are always improving the reporting section but I think they can dig deeper in the reporting

Price is competitive. Social inbox is the most important aspect. we love the moderation rules.
It’s great for responding to messages on social media, we can created moderation rules where a messages containing a specific keyword could be automatically hide and assign to a team member
