Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agorapulse is used primarily by myself and a few members on the Player Experience team. We also have a team of outsources with access that I help manage. It contains the social profiles of over a dozen games within our studio that we oversee, and is mainly used as a tool to redirect users having problems over to our support team.
  • Agorapulse is good at giving quick information about user/fan history.
  • It has quick buttons to hide or delete comments that are very useful and don't require additional work.
  • A search function for comments using specific keywords would be helpful, but this might be a restriction from FB itself.
  • A way to sort profiles by different criteria, like un-reviewed comments.
12 - We're all within the Player Experience/Community/Customer Support part of the studio.
  • It's great for getting into contact with our players. It allows for interactions, but as a lot of our games are based on IPs with strict rules, this isn't always allowed.
Agorapulse is the only platform I've used since taking on this position. I believe Hootsuite was used for a bit prior to this.
Agorapulse is only really needed by those of us that are player/user-facing in some capacity. So for our team, it's very useful for snapshots on how players feel. However, it's not very necessary for teams like Engineering or our writers.
