Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
Agorapulse is used primarily by myself and a few members on the Player Experience team. We also have a team of outsources with access that I help manage. It contains the social profiles of over a dozen games within our studio that we oversee, and is mainly used as a tool to redirect users having problems over to our support team.
- Agorapulse is good at giving quick information about user/fan history.
- It has quick buttons to hide or delete comments that are very useful and don't require additional work.
- A search function for comments using specific keywords would be helpful, but this might be a restriction from FB itself.
- A way to sort profiles by different criteria, like un-reviewed comments.
12 - We're all within the Player Experience/Community/Customer Support part of the studio.
- It's great for getting into contact with our players. It allows for interactions, but as a lot of our games are based on IPs with strict rules, this isn't always allowed.
Agorapulse is the only platform I've used since taking on this position. I believe Hootsuite was used for a bit prior to this.
