Can't say one good thing about Airbase

We used Airbase previously in our business as our primary bill-pay software. However, their integration with Intacct was problematic at best and we had the software crash multiple times. So we switched to another application. Now we're trying to get a refund on our prepaid virtual credit card and it's taking months. Genuinely one of the worst companies that we've ever worked with.
