Overall Satisfaction with Airbase
At our organization, we use Airbase to streamline and automate key aspects of our spend management process, specifically in the areas of expense management. Prior to using Airbase our team (& Employees) were bogged down with time consuming processes. Now with Airbase it has helped streamline this process for everyone involved. Additionally, the virtual card feature has been a great help to the company.
Pros
- Expense Managment
- Maintain Budgets
- Alerting of spend needing attention/receipts
Cons
- Integrations, currently our SaaS spend tool cannot integrate with Airbase.
- The UI is great but can be a bit overwhelming the first few times you use it.
- Uploading of receipts can be a bit cumbersome, would like to be able to directly upload to the section.
- Employees can easily submit their expenses through the platform to give a more streamlined process to get reimbursed.
- Airbase helps to integrate with our accounting system as well which helps reduce confusion.
- It also helps to enforce spending policies with centralized purchasing requests.
I have not used this.
It is not even close, Airbase is much easier to use to submit and disburse funds from.
