Overall Satisfaction with Airship

It is a powerful tool with many use cases, I've only used the tip of the iceberg with so much more to explore. It has helped to improve the perception of the products too. I could easily send out a last-minute message if needed as it's fairly easy and quick to set up.

Pros

  • Airship has a very user-friendly interface with detailed documentation for self-help. I also enjoy the training sessions, articles and reports Airship organized as those are very insightful and useful.
  • Setting up the target audience within Airship using attributes is one of my favorites.

Cons

  • I struggle with the use of performance analytics.
  • No doubt it has tons of useful information, but this requires more time to understand and explore to fully utilize it.
  • It is easy to use, especially for our older population and suits the younger population just fine.
Airship allows for more uses for a better value and is more of a focused outreach for the parishioners, and much easier to use with mobile devises.

Reporting is limited to admin access, so a less-than-ideal situation. However, Salesforce integration. Ease-of-use UI. Quick response from support. Airship's platform provides an end-to-end solution for capturing value across the entire customer app lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to engagement and loyalty which is so important to our long-time parishioners.
