Overall Satisfaction with Airship
It is a powerful tool with many use cases, I've only used the tip of the iceberg with so much more to explore. I could easily send out a last-minute message if needed as it's fairly easy and quick to set up. It has helped to improve the perception of the products too.
Pros
- Setting up the target audience within Airship using attributes is one of my favorites.
- Airship has a very user-friendly interface with detailed documentation for self-help. I also enjoy the training sessions, articles and reports Airship organized as those are very insightful and useful.
Cons
- No doubt it has tons of useful information, but this requires more time to understand and explore to fully utilize it.
- I find the use of performance analytics a bit difficult.
- It is easy to use, especially for our older population and suits the younger population just fine.
Airship allows for more uses for a better value and is more of a focused outreach for the parishioners, and much easier to use with mobile devises.
