Overall Satisfaction with airSlate
We utilize airSlate to help us with various workflows across the organization. In our setting, we have a need to fill out multiple different forms, from 30+ offices (and remote workers), so having something online that can help us with e-signature has been huge. Plus, some of these forms need to be filled out and/or signed by different parties, who may or may not be in the same office setting. We have been able to accomplish this along with many other things using airSlate's flows and templates.
Pros
- Assignment of fields on a form
- e-signature by multiple parties
- Automation of workflows
- Status notifications
Cons
- Interface takes some getting used to at first
- Permission management can be very tricky, as it sometimes has to be set in multiple places
- Would like to see ability to preview attachments that were uploaded to a form
- Huge time savings on e-signature based processes
- Ability to lightly develop low-code solutions for less than other software
- Once user buy-in is reached, it has huge potential for solving other problems or automation of other processes
airSlate covers some processes that are not available yet in power automate, or have an additional cost / third party reliance. airSlate also has the ability to produce solutions in a sometimes faster manner than power automate, depending on the complexity. Plus, the licensing when incorporating external entities into your workflows is much better.
