Overall Satisfaction with airSlate

I use airSlate to support our Volunteer Management workflow. airSlate helps to minimize redundancy of work, minimizes the need for paper, creates a more efficient way for a form to move from one person to another. We probably have more than 100 applications go through our workflow in a year.
  • expedites the move of an electronic document through a workflow
  • captures a secure e-signature
  • allows for multiple conditions for differing workflow paths
  • terminology is misleading and not clearly defined.
  • not allowed to copy on HTML document from one flow to a different flow. you rebuild from scratch in the new flow.
  • glitches within bots occur often
  • The use of airSlate has decreased the amount of time it takes for our volunteers to be approve.
  • airSlate has also helped us with a more consistent approach to retaining completed documents by auto archiving into retention files.
airSlate is very configurable. From the start, airSlate support has been open to hearing from our organization about what changes we would like see or how airSlate could be change to make it more useful for us. We have actually experienced many of the changes we requested.

Yes

Would you buy airSlate WorkFlow again?

Yes

airSlate is a great one stop shop for automating workflows and capturing e-signatures securely. I rated it as a six simply due to the enormous learning curve. It took our organization almost three years to reach a point of effective use of the tool. There are too many options that are not clearly defined. The training is too in the weeds that it loses its effectiveness. The support team is great and very helpful. However, the average time it takes them to help you through a problem is about 1 - 2 hours.
