Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Airtable is used by our digital team to help manage the pipeline of over 100 videos we produce each year (short and mini documentary). We track our release dates, completion dates, and the status of each video. Additionally, the platform enables us to create a database of all crew members, editors, speakers, etc. It's a big help to have everything in one spot, especially for future projects. For example, we're able to easily see who we've worked with in the past in specific cities.
- Database - each column acts as a database and can be used in multiple spreadsheets seamlessly
- It's a small team so although they do a great job at replying, it sometimes takes a few days for specific questions.
- Airtable allows us to all be on the same page regarding all video projects. We're able to release more videos and exceed our deadlines.
Originally we were using Smartsheet but it didn't empower us to build such a robust database - data entered in one sheet wasn't automatically added to other sheets and it created a lot more manual labor for us.
