Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
Airtable is being used by our technology department to document the support calls, the service call notes, and the installations (all for our community WiFi program).
- It allows for us to keep ongoing notes down to the specific service requests we have on file.
- It creates a streamlined communications system that allows all of our technology team to be the most informed on all projects.
- It serves as a central repository of information for us to analyze and create improvement from.
- Providing some basic data analytics reports based on whatever range we suggest (i.e. date range, row numbers, etc...) to gather basic information in a visual KPI dashboard manner.
- It has increased our efficiency and improved our team's communication.
I think Airtable is more efficient than using Google docs and allows for a more streamlined workflow/ interface.
