Overall Satisfaction with Amplitude Analytics
We use Amplitude to track users' funnel. We have a different level of telecallers, based on the state of the user (inside our app like only signed up, or moved 1 level forward) lead is assigned to a specific caller. So for tracking the state of the user we use Amplitude.
- Very well dashboard, clearly show states for specific date range.
- It even gives you details on how many user's uninstalled the app, which no other competitor provides.
- Multi users, multi dashboard view available.
- Customizing dashboard is one time pain, it really took long time for us.
- Integration is also one time pain; took ~2 weeks.
