Overall Satisfaction with Amplitude Analytics
One of our client works in "media campaigning" area. We wanted to do user segmentation and retention analysis for their media owners and users, that's where we used Amplitude Analytics tool in the projects.
- Extraction of insights from data is really good
- Visualisation dashboards are really good
- User friendly tool
- It’s really difficult to move data in and out of Amplitude
- Sometimes amplitude can be overwhelming as it is packed with features, potentially can confuse non-analysts
- Powerful visualisations
- Ability to be microscopic in nature i.e analyze the user behaviour behind any data point
- Using this tool we were able to show some insights/patterns to our clients on the past user data that otherwise they wouldn't have thought of
- Tool helped us to give better visualisations and understanding to our clients
- Amplitude offers greater flexibility
- It's easy to use compared to alternatives
