Overall Satisfaction with Apollo

I use Apollo to help me find new leads and clients. I have the Chrome extension that I can select on any website and it will provide me with contacts and titles. From there I can enter them directly into my cold email sequence and then continue with my prospecting. I also have Apollo integrated into my Gmail, so if I can't find a name or direct contact info, I can send a general email while still using my saved email sequence templates and set follow-up reminders which get tracked and recorded in my Apollo account.

I have also looked into and tried Hunter.io and Lusha, and to be honest, I shouldn't compare them with Apollo. I have found Apollo to be so easy to integrate and use with all of my prospecting that I haven't really even tried out the other two. I bet I could find some useful things by using Hunter.io or Lusha as well, but there is honestly no need since I can do everything I want and more with Apollo. I would just be wasting time trying to figure out another platform when I can be focused on growing my own business with Apollo.

I want to take you through a brief example. Let's say I wanted to reach out to local roofing companies to offer them a special. I used to use Google Maps to search for all of the businesses, then go to each of their websites and find the right person to contact. After that, I would open a new email template and then change the "name," "business name," and other business-related info such as the person's title/position. I would have to set a reminder to email them again later with another template. With Apollo, the first couple of steps are the same (Google Maps and website) but now, once I am on their website, I select the Apollo extension button, and I am provided employees and their contact info. I select one or all of them and add them to a sequence that I have prebuilt in Apollo, and then I am done. That person will receive emails from me that is auto-populated with their correct info, and my sales pitch is on auto-pilot now. If the person replies to an email, the sequence will stop, but if they do not reply, the sequence will continue until it has finished the specifics that I set up.
