Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo to upload our calls so we can review how sales and success calls went, we also use it to upload contact names and emails and segment them into different types of prospects and customers. We then use Apollo to send outreach and cadences to them to book a call.

It’s not super intuitive when it comes to uploading from salesforce, I wish there was a better salesforce sync. However overall it is still not too hard to use and one can eventually figure it out if you play around with it enough. Better integrations and better on-boarding would be great.
Salesloft was a little easier on the macro level but Apollo better on the other side. I think Salesloft is more clear on an account basis but I appreciated that Apollo is easier for editing large segments and cadences and sequences. I think mid size companies better off with Salesloft

Would you buy Apollo.io again?

It’s well suited if you work with hundreds if not thousands of accounts that you want to sent some form of outreach or messaging to, ideally to book a call or meeting. Similar with sales prospects it can work great for that. If your business does not do that kind of outreach or works with a small book of business or does not need to conduct calls it is not needed.
