Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io for my marketing and outreach campaigns, we have reached over 1000 prospects in the last 2 months by using their data and their automation system, we have used their AI tools to persanilze different emails and contacts also use their analitycs to understand our clients behavior and their buying intent

The system is very friendly and helps users with no experience to understand the system easy and fastly, making it the bes sidekick on the prospecting world, it's also very simple to use with the integrations for email platforms and google chrome extension that makes it simple to get the data and analytics any manager or company might need
After reviewing it the data Apollo.io provides is more accurate than almost all other tools, versus zoominfo who is the main competitor the data might be a little bit better on zoominfo however the automation tools makes it the best choice for a startup like us, we needed a tool in what we can trust and use

Evaluating Apollo.io and Competitors

After reviewing different options and systems we found out the easyness of use and quality of service provided by Apollo.io was perfectly fitting our needs, not only budgetwize but also on quality of information and data, also the way it can scalate in the near future to be integrated to our CRM, email system and marketing department was key to decide on it
One of the things I didn't like, is the fact I have implemented Apollo.io in 3 different companies already and this time I'm on a startup and they didn't assign an account manager to me, neither recognize me as a decition maker even though I have decided for them in the past several times, that caused certain doubts about it, however the solution remains as the best
