Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Lead sourcing, research, and data enrichment. Helps with the sales process and lead generation efforts. Apollo.io makes it easy to find and connect with the right prospects using verified contact details and rich insights. It streamlines outreach with automation tools and ensures no leads slip through the cracks with efficient follow-ups. Bulk extracts work well.

Overall a solid tool for our use case. Works pretty consistently with no drama. Relatively quick support from Apollo.io. Browser extension once had some issues with detecting LinkedIn pages due to a change made by LinkedIn, but Apollo.io acknowledged the change and deployed fixes very promptly, leading to minimal disruption. Generally quite good data quality as well.
Apollo.io tends to be my first port of call, as it's pretty straightforward to use with good quality and reliable extracts. The browser extension is another plus and makes the lead sourcing process a bit more streamlined for our use case. Other products we've used work well for some of our other processes, but Apollo.io tends to be relatively reliable if the other sources don't work for whatever reason.

Outbound sales campaigns would make good use of a tool like Apollo.io as it excels in providing detailed contact information and managing outreach at scale, making it ideal for cold emailing and lead nurturing.

Apollo.io may not be as suitable for long-term relationship building as Apollo.io’s strengths lie in high-volume prospecting and outreach, which may not align with a relationship-driven sales model requiring more tailored, high-touch interactions.
