Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
Our company uses Apollo.io as an intermediary between sales marketing and the client base to help facilitate and manage demand and outreach. Our marketing department has helped us create a significant amount of content that sales can then use in sequences and other outreach methods to engage the client base. In addition, we’ve been able to validate content and cross reference it with LinkedIn to ensure that we are targeting the appropriate ideal customer profile.
Pros
- Central repository for lists and individuals for whom we target?
- Easy to use list builder to gather profiles for email campaigns
- Simple sequence build for demand generation
Cons
- Technical integration with salesforce need to be improved?
- The UI needs to be a little simpler
- Customer service tries hard, but they are not so effective at timely resolution of problems
- Difficult to quantify yet however, the listening intelligence will improve sales rep on boarding by 2 to 3 months
- I’m going down to validation absolutely saves an admin time of at least two hours per week
- Outreach
Unfortunately we only used outreach for a short period of time in a comparative test testing mode versus Apollo.io. Apollo.io was more affordable and won the day
