Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io on a daily basis. And been using this tool since 1 year now. Our Business development and Sales team has never been happier.
Apollo.io provides everything under its own hood, reporting, sales leads, automation and automatic responding. It is also very accurate.

We love its interface and I absolutely like its tremendous potential in getting quality leads. We also have their extension installed which ensures easy fetching a future prospect.

Pros

  • Leads generation
  • Fetching emails and contact details of prospects
  • CRM for management
  • Automation of our Sales processes

Cons

  • We feel like refining the search experience could lead us to do better prospect identification
  • The sequence builder is not perfect. Has some bugs.
  • Real time reporting lags
  • Apollo.io is using less of AI which would make this tool impossible to beat if they incorporate it into their MVP features.
  • Accelerated lead generation and outreach automation freed BD/dev time for core tasks
  • If the need of niche targeting start, costs or time may over weigh benefits
Well, we like the tool so far and trust us, we have tried al lot before. It is a wild forest of data which is gold in the hands of good sales people. Otherwise, people might waste their effort easily if not done accurately.
I'd like every company looking for leads for their businesses overseas try this amazing tool once.
Both are similar. But I like Apollo.io UI and data accuracy more.

Lusha is basically good for teams looking to start their campaign.

But Apollo.io is for people who mean serious business.

Apollo.io has about 250 m + data and Lusha has 100 m + leads.

Apollo.io also helps us in every sales procedure: prospecting, email sequencing etc.

As our BD lead is tasked with generating new leads quickly like B2B sales Apollo.io’s database comings handy as I heard they have 200 m plus data of people.

And the filters are more than handy. Apollo.io is also cost friendly. So for small teams like ours it is a great tool.

Where is it not suitable I think:

We once was asking by a startup to target municipal governments in Spain for some academic research of theirs. The client was a good friend of our CEO , so we tried our luck in Apollo.io. But it struggled to find accurate contacts.
