Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io as a central tool for outbound sales and prospecting, integrated into our overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Our primary use case is identifying, enriching, and engaging with qualified leads across the US and Latin American markets. Business Problems Solved: Lead Generation at Scale, Data Enrichment, and Workflow Automation.

It's relatively easy to learn and use, so new hires or individuals unfamiliar with the tool can learn quickly without needing extensive training and onboarding. However, there is a part where you can only select up to 100 contacts, and sometimes people need to create a list fast with 500 contacts, so it's not that fast.
Apollo.io offers competitive pricing with great plan deals that are more suitable for smaller companies or those with a limited budget. You can customize the platform however you want, which makes the sales process easier and faster. Considering what it provides, given its pricing, it seems pretty good for now. Also has a good cover for the LATAM market compared to other tools.

When prospecting startups using specific technologies (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, or AWS), Apollo’s technographic filters allowed us to rapidly build precise lead lists, which we enriched and exported to our CRM in minutes. This level of targeting is ideal for partners, integrations, or reseller programs. Phone number accuracy can be inconsistent, especially for direct dials. If your team’s primary outreach method is cold calling, Apollo may require supplementation with other phone data providers, such as ZoomInfo or Cognism.
