Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use it for contact data and email or call sequencing.

Scope of use: manage mail boxes and send outreach to prospects and follow up with them. It can also help with analytics of my outreach and easier collaboration with other teams.

Apollo also has a nice community of like minded sales folkes.

We still had to get other tools for waterfall lead enrichment, the data is accurate 60-70% of the time, but it can much better.

Good tool to engage and automate outreach but definitely needs other tools to work efficiently with better contact data for reps to do outbound and get better meetings.
The email writing AI features with some are not up to the mark, I still rely heavily on other GPTs to compose email, it hasn't saved that much time but has definitely helped streamline reps outreach and get visibility of the same in one place for better accessibility and collaboration.
It's not the best tool out there but is a good tool none the less, however Apollo recording for product enablement and outreach enablement have been great, could have better integrations for tools sales teams use for better and faster results - overall can't complain you get what you pay for

Apollo has better contact data although 6sense has better intent data,
6sense was very expensive for what the tool did overall but Apollo is a better tool in all the other areas.

Apollo has better UI and easy to operate, got better email contact data on Apollo free plan compared to 6sense paid plan.

Apollo is well suited for SMB orgs sales teams, could be a bit of hassle when it comes to enterprise teams. Other apps like Unify have better intent data compared to Apollo. Apollo is a good tool to get started with for newer sales teams for ease of use and low investment.
