Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
We currently use Apollo for data enrichment , cold emailing and cold outbound calling. We also use the sequence features to keep track of our outreach processes and prioritize certain leads. This enables us to have everything in one platform, which is easier for the team. Our team uses it daily for each of these purposes.

Apollo has enabled us to engage leads, automate outreach, manage deals, and enrich data all in one place, without the need to purchase more than one tool. This has meant that costs can be otherwise allocated and the sales team is able to function more efficiently and not have to move from place to place. Data is also more accurate since there is no double entry.
Apollo has allowed us to save time in that we are no entering data more than once, or jumping from software to software to update records. We also do not have to manually create reports to see how our outreach processes are performing or how good the data we are using is.
- Outreach and Salesloft
We had already been using the basic Apollo plan for data enrichment, and agreed to do the professional trial plan for our team. Outreach was too expensive for our current needs, and Salesloft did not have a trial period we could embark on. It was also more expensive than Apollo.
