Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io for end to end sales assistance. We use it for prospecting and finding lists, helping with communication through cadences and then it records and analyzes calls for us and then we have it set to send a zap to trello once accounts move forward and also syncs with our CRM. We had a lot of this with different tools so its nice to have it all under one roof and then the added AI call summaries are a real game changer for us and saves our sales team so much time from taking notes and putting notes into the CRM.

It took us from using several tools down to one. We were using a prospecting tool separate from our email outreach cadence software that was separate from our call recordings being done and not all of those systems communicated well with each other and some of that work like getting email lists into an email cadence was manual before and now it's all automated.
A lot of time, its to the point now where the 20 recommended prospects each sales person sees everyday when they login are enough to keep them busy for at least half a day so they really like being able to open it up and go to work instead of trying to figure out what to prospect that day.
It's taken us from using 3-4 different inefficient software down to one efficient software. It's saved us time, increased sales conversations getting started, and it's less expensive than the 4 tools we were using before. It was quick and easy for the team to pick up and use so we didn't need a lot of training which is nice.
The pricing was better with Apollo.io and the feature set checked all the boxes for us. Gong didn't do everything we needed and then Chorus by ZoomInfo was about 10x the price, so it checked all the boxes for us and was also the best value compared to what we were using before and compared to the other options we considered.

Anyone doing B2B sales, I have already recommended it to a few people, and it also came recommended to us from a trusted sales coaching advisor we work with. Anyone that needs help finding prospecting lists and staying on top of outreach would greatly benefit from using Apollo.io - anyone looking to get AI call summaries would also love it.
