Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io to prospect new business, to enrich emails, phones, and data scraping principally.

It has a very large scope, as it has allowed me to prospect clients of multinational companies, it also addresses the problem of avoiding conventional prospecting, by phone call, cambaceo, gives us a broader picture about where we are as a company and the opportunities we have in the current market and the opportunities that exist.

All this by creating sequences for the correct follow-up through messages in LinkedIn, sending emails that will link directly to the domain, a complete solution that helps a lot the process of finding new customers, generate greater engagement and loyalty of the same.

Nowadays it has influenced a lot, the interface has recently been redesigned and is much more intuitive and easier to understand and navigate on the same page.

Since the extension has made many changes and the use of new tools, it makes it easier to carry out prospecting in a proper way and use the tool as a support to be able to do it properly without wasting so much time, being able to add to sequences, remove from sequences, see the current status of the lead and be able to evaluate to which sequence or where to send it.
It saves me a lot of time because I can enrich the information, I don't have to go round so much when trying to contact clients.

It makes it more efficient to make phone calls, send messages and mails, because now they go directly to the decision-maker, and by using these external information providers I don't use credits that I can use for other activities.
Because in general the platform has a very complete use, for a fair and accessible price, to perform daily prospecting helps a lot to find potential prospects and take the company to a higher level and exceed the borders and barriers of not being able to find national, international and transnational companies.

It also helps to grow the agenda of contacts, the contacts in the network, keep a good administration of time and activities to be performed to have adequate follow-up, increasing the chances of closing deals with new customers.

It is very suitable when looking for new customers and help to approach us to have some deal, likewise connect with new audiences to increase the chances of closing deals, in addition to providing valuable customer information through enrichment by other companies, It helped me too much the automation of tasks as I programmed at the time that is most comfortable for me and also when there was a greater influx of response from new customers, this increasing the customer base, but also potential customers within the company, having a short-term overview to be able to re-offer our services and how we are positioned in the market and with that create strategies to improve.

Sometimes it is less appropriate when updating jobs, because you may be looking for a person in a specific position or company, but the platform does not detect that the person is no longer working there and you have to do it manually, which takes a bit of time.
