Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io to help it in our outbound strategy. It allows us to:
-Create targeted persona based on industry, job titles, locations etc..
-Enrich with the contact details
-Schedule sequences with multiple touchpoints (email, call, LinkedIn)
-Synch all info within our CRM to track results and get visibility
Without Apollo.io we wouldn't be able to reach our targets in terms of outbound efforts.

Pros

  • Analytics could be better, it's good to get aggregated data but harder to drill into the specifics
  • Interface could be more user friendly
  • Sometimes data synch with our CRM isn't as straightforward as we'd like it to be

  • More efficiency in the team (time saved)
Significantly reduced the amount of time our BDRs used to take to find new leads. We can also control more efficiently who is working on what and ensure every metrics is properly tracked.
It saved us time because we don't have to switch between tools. All relevant information is on Apollo.io and it synchs automatically with our CRM which saves a lot of time manually logging in calls, emails etc..
It does the job well, if I have to find areas of improvements, I would say it could be more user friendly. For example the analytics part is not very straightforward to master. However the support team is usually very responsive.
We selected Apollo.io because it had the best trade off between the cost and the value we get out of the tool. It doesn't have the most functionalities out there but at our stage of the company it does 95% of what we want it to do and we consistently see new features get developed which is a great sign.
