Cons
- Their app doesn't always pushing people into my HubSpot CRM
- Their API system is very confusing to understand and connect directly with my CRM
- It can be overwhelming to learn all of their features
- ICP targeting has been streamlined and saved me tons of hours
- The software often crashes when using the extension in LinkedIn
- I would like to see a better AI writer
I haven't been trained in all of Apollo.io's features but I love that it's a one stop shop. It can be overwhelming for a smaller business to get access to all of this data and automate outreach. I have mostly used it for that purpose. However, I am sure that once I get a better grasp on it and set up my entire account, it will be well worth the time and energy.
It has saved me countless hours in doing manual research. It saves me tons of money on different tool and I love that phone numbers are also included in the package. I haven't used the phone number yet, but I am sure that it will be very helpful in the near future.
Make.com, Dripify and Hubspot all seem to have similar systems. However, they don't have any of the data. So, you wind up spending more money and time connecting them all to your system. Zoom Info has great data, but they didn't have automation. Apollo.io allows you to combined all of these other ones into on system which is fantastic.
