Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
I use Apollo.io to engage with decision makers in the IoT, medical device, and tech field. The kinds of solutions I'd like to pitch are engineering services and I take care of the lead generation side. I'm handling business development so my key role is to target different companies in the Telecom, Tech, and Robotics sectors.
Pros
- Lead information is accurate
- Email sequences is quite helpful
- When on LinkedIn, they offer a tool to gather data on individuals
Cons
- Enrichment for emails and phone numbers should be able to be done in bulk methods pretty easily - in bulks of 50-100 instead of one by one
- It's been great to gather lists
- Nurturing features are great to follow up with contacts
It's been great! I get to use it for outreach as well and I can form any kind of email campaign that I like. It's also very good because I don't have to jump to different platforms and makes my time usage much more effectively. Especially when handling multiple conversations and seeing results.
It's saves me time because I can hear about positive or negative results from the very start on Apollo.io itself. So I don't have to judge the results elsewhere which makes 1 good source of truth during my outreach and engagements.
Apollo.io is much faster in gathering data that I'm searching for and it's pretty simple to control. I can also save searches, lists, and export the data at whichever capacity I desire. Also, I like the new features that involve AI, Buying Intent, and LinkedIn data scraping. All these tools and features make Apollo.io stand out and make a difference in my daily outreach. I love it!
