Our team has been using Apollo.io for a while to find and connect with B2B clients. This is probably the biggest database available in the market to enrich profiles with their contact details and email IDs. Apollo.io has been a game changer for us, helping us find relevant leads across industries. We highly appreciate the accuracy of data. With recent AI filters, we can now deep dive into prospects and run our campaigns. Highly recommended tool for all businesses.

For instance, it matches similar companies which are highly potential clients to us. It has advanced filters to also find candidate with their organisation in particular role we are looking for

It lets you directly find the profiles look for using the advanced filters. Becomes easy to directly contact them through email or phone since LinkedIn outreach takes a lot of time and is also costly.

We do direct outreach via the platform which saves us days of time in finding candidates
It is easy to use. The UI has enough options to learn, with advanced documentation and support. The customer service is quick to respond and assists with information in real time. The UI has different segments for each feature which makes it easy to use.

Settings are easy to change as per preferred requirements
Major differentiator is the cost and accuracy of data. While other tools solves the purpose too, Apollo.io in specific gives better data which is more accurate and cheaper. They also have a startup program which gives 50% discount to startup’s with less employees which supports them. Haven’t seen such offer on other tech stacks
