Overall Satisfaction with Appian

Use Appian to replace several old paper-based processes that used to flow through our organization.
  • Work-flow management.
  • Reuse of process.
  • Testing.
  • Document management.
  • Shorten several of our business processes by less than half time.
Community is a great resource to find valuable information.
Once you are familiar with the web-based interface, it is pretty easy to use and understand.

Yes

Appian is great for workflow management. Any process-based workflow can easily be replaced with an Appian process model. Appian isn't great for heavy code processing. If you need to process huge amounts of data or computations, Appian isn't the best solution.
