Better than nothing

For me, Apple is a hard to like company. Over the years I've suffered a great deal of lost time and frustration with upgrades and 'no longer supported' OS making some of my 3rd party applications dysfunctional. I think the Apple iCloud service is useful to an extent but also a major nuisance if one allows it to backup local files. In my experience, you'll find yourself working on a duplicate and end up losing work for the original. It's too complicated for me to explain in a review, but let me give an example regarding the contacts application.
