Apple Keynote is superior to all except Figma in terms of design functionality. Figma has even more precise alignment with their auto layout features, layers and frame grouping. The only downside of Figma is that we do not purchase licenses for every person at our company, so only a select few can make edits.
Google Slides is superior in terms of collaboration and file sharing. Sharing a file link does not use up any storage in emails or slow down uploads.

Using Apple Keynote
10 - Sales, creative
2 - Graphic designers
- sales decks
- internal onboarding
- animation
- sales decks
- brand guidelines
- onboarding packages
Evaluating Apple Keynote and Competitors
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
The design functionality was most important. Google Slides and Powerpoint do not have as much design capability so the final product does not come out as aesthetic
Would let the designers have a larger stake in the decision-making process than other leadership members
