Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 for L&D solutions including online learning experiences (Storyline; Rise) and we are currently exploring Reach 360 as a platform.

Pros

  • Automation - do not need to manually format
  • Reviews - Love the Review 360 tool for quick client reviews
  • Tools - There are many templates and tools available
  • Publishing - Love the publish to LMS/SCORM ease

Cons

  • Need more formatting options in Rise - Rise does not include options like images inline with text
  • Knowledge Check - I wanted to build a question bank that would rotate the questions in a gallery view in lieu of show all questions in a linear format and could not do that.
  • Reporting - Would like more robust reporting from Rise
  • Decreased Training Costs - hit more learners faster with less effort
  • Microlearning Launches - faster and more accessible to produce and publish microlearning videos and quick courses
  • Speed to Market - easy collaboration with L&D partners and stakeholders
We use Articulate 360 to publish to a Success Factors LMS; while this is productive we are seeking the Reach platform and Enterprise IT has a Pilot to test the functionality on our network and benefits of adopting Reach as an alternative LMS substitute for non-compliance learning. We use Storyline and Rise the most to publish courses
I have not used AI Assistant in-depth albeit I see the tool in the Articulate 360 toolbar. So far it has acted solely to help truncate text and improve sentences,
Articulate 360 is simple and easy to use. It is intuitive. I think there are many benefits to the menu options and the features. There are always functions that we would like to see enhanced or added; I think Articulate 360 does a great job of seeking this feedback and also reporting when other users submit similar feedback items.
Articulate 360 is far superior in its layouts and intuitive nature. I find more flexibility and design considerations with Articulate 360.

Do you think Articulate 360 delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Articulate 360's feature set?

Yes

Did Articulate 360 live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Articulate 360 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Articulate 360 again?

Yes

Articulate 360 is functional, fast, and easy to pick-up for a first-time user. Easier than MS products IMO. Articulate 360 software enables quick and easy L&D development that can be easily collaborated on by teams. The Online Learning options (Storyline, Rise) produce high-quality elearning courses with flexibility to update routinely without. I love the "copy" and "save" features provided by Articulate 360 i.e. easy to share designed courses or even blocks/templates with other users. I do struggle a bit with the Rise settings not being very intuitive and locked features such as where the Begin button can be located on a course's landing page and/or the layout of the Cover pages. I wish I could more easily customize the Cover page, design features, and functionality to lock a video down (force completion) in Rise. Storyline is more robust but more and more these days we lean into Rise. I look forward to AI developments as well as my company potentially adopting the Reach Platform.
