Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 for all of our eLearning modules across the organization. It ensures we have a similar look and feel to all of our eLearnings and helps users with navigation familiarity.

Pros

  • More interactive options within Rise
  • More accessible course creation
  • Faster development times
  • Same navigation
The Rise and Review platforms work really well together, enabling you to gather SME feedback and make corrections quickly and easily before publishing.
I have not used AI assistant frequently but it has been very helpful in creating knowledge checks and questions.
The blocks in Articulate 360 Rise are easy to use and it's an easy learning curve. Review is equally easy to pick up. The Storyline authoring tool takes slightly longer to learn but is intuitive to anyone with a familiarity with Powerpoint.
Captivate is much clunkier and didn't offer an online cloud platform to build our courses.

Articulate 360 works well for all of our learning products, whether that be used as a 'content container' or to create unique interactions with Storyline. It works well for our users needs.
