Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We use Storyline and Rise for the majority of our eLearning development. We are able to create interactive learning experiences quickly. We create experiences for customers, which are usually healthcare providers.
Pros
- Community learning forum
- Easy to use
- Variety of interactions
Cons
- Would love for Storyline to be more responsive to give a better mobile experience. Same goes for Storyline blocks within Rise.
- Would love to see a survey feature, that uses data of what other learners respond with.
- Better ability to quickly localize and translate within the tool, instead of exporting and importing a file. This makes me have to go into make changes from SMEs within the tool, which takes more time.
- Articulate 360 streamlines how we create eLearning across the company
We are easily able to review with SMEs in Review. We can pull Storyline blocks into Rise.
My company is very excited about how much time we can save with AI Assistant. For projects that need to get out the door quickly, we can save at least 25% of that time using AI Assistant. We can generate quizzes, images, outlines, and courses using existing documents available in the company.
Articulate 360 is more helpful to use from Captivate because it's more widely used. If you are going to work with any vendors or cross share working files, it's far more likely you'll work with people using Articulate 360. The other products we use complement Articulate 360.
