Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I’m an instructional designer and use Articulate 360 to make learning content, videos, demonstrations, and knowledge base resources.

Pros

  • Demonstrations
  • Micro-learnings
  • Rise Courses

Cons

  • Voice narration
  • Video editing
  • Audio editing
  • Reduced training costs
  • Accessible courses
  • Increased collaboration across teams
  • Stakeholder engagement (Review)
I enjoy Rise for high-level content which I can embed a Storyline course into for more in-depth information, and AI assistant for assets or quick start.
I love the AI assistant to get me started, it’s a helpful tool for brainstorming and then I can fill in the gaps/modify quickly. I am looking forward to using more tools that I learned of during the conference.
Still has room for improvement in some features.
Captivate doesn’t have as many user-friendly tools however, you can fine tune some items a bit better. Camtasia feels outdated while Articulate 360 is more modern and fun.
