Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We are using Articulate 360 as a course authoring tool for all of our web-based training including both Storyline and Rise. The training scope spans across the enterprise from safety and compliance, gas and electric technical training.

Pros

  • New Feature Comms
  • Troubleshooting is quick
  • Continuous improvements on new features
  • Stay up with the new AI technology

Cons

  • Articulate Rise user management and permissions
  • More accessible course creation
  • Decreased training costs
We used everything except Reach as we have our own LMS. All apps have been great!
It’s integrated within Storyline. The AI voice itself saves tons of development time and cost.
It’s been great with great features and support!
It stays up with the technology and always strives for continuous improvement to bring in new features!
