Saekos Articulate Review 2025 at DevLearn
Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
We are a higher education organization and we create lesson modules and interactive learning objects using Storyline and Rise.
We have issues keeping students’ attention and engagement, as well as keeping contents relevant and updated so their learning is more meaningful. Articulate products help us design learning contents beautiful and eye-catching. It also helps us with review process to make sure what we are presenting align with their learning objectives.

Pros
- User interface being intuitive
- communication about new features
- always staying on top of trends and user demands
Cons
- Storyline is great but it only works in PC. That has been a long standing feature request which I think keeps getting ignored.
- Customizability in Rise is still limited, though improving a lot.
- Reach 360’s pricing is very strange and is hard to gage how much it would cost.
- achieving learning objectives
- Content retention
- supporting test scores improvement.
We use Rise and Storyline regularly. We also use Review 360 while we develop our modules. We don’t have subscriptions for AI Assistant.
I think AI helps us with getting a quick start on things, but we still need to review and make sure we are not presenting untrue or irrelevant content, and provider credible sources. That aspect still needs improvement as AI tends to make things up.
We use some of the other ones too, but Articulate suite seems to be most comprehensive and nicely packaged. Also, multiple people working together is a lot easier with Articulate.
