Overall Satisfaction with Asana
We use Asana as a task and project management tool. A few of our departments use it as the main way to assign and track the progress of their work. Also, some larger cross functional projects use this tool.
- Cross platform experience. Great across mobile apps and desktop web
- Search. Easy to find anything with advanced search and tags
- Reporting. Easily set up favorited views
- Complex license model. Freemium business model, need org buy in to do more complex tasks and make service worth it
- Mobile app limited. Certain things like section dividers cannot be created on mobile
- Central administration tools lacking on non Enterprise SKUs
- Better information sharing
- Faster collaboration
- Increased alignment
Asana is easy and intuitive to use. It is a simpler product, if your project fits, Asana will be the tool to use.
