Overall Satisfaction with Asana
It is being used mainly by the Creative department but other departments that need to request projects do so from Asana.
- Keeps project on task.
- Allows us to easily assign tasks and deadlines.
- Cross functional oversight.
- It's not the most user friendly, so many features make it overwhelming for new users.
- Assigning tasks.
- Understanding timelines.
- Understanding workload.
- Asana has helped us track workload for our Creative team resulting in saved costs by cutting projects vs. hiring new heads by understanding where time is going.
