Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Asana is used across the organization by different departments and project teams. It mainly addresses project management needs for projects within the organization and helps to provide a way for project teams to track progress, assign tasks, communicate across different teams, and manage the timelines related to projects. Overall it helps with project coordination and many teams elect to use it.
- Great user interface, attractive and fun to use
- Task assignment to individuals
- Workspace customization to needs of the project
- Better integration with the Microsoft suite of products
- Better large scale visualizations
- Difficult to adjust notification settings and sync across calendars
- Task assignment
- User interface is pleasing to use
- Task Management
- Organizes ideas from team members in a coherent, easy to navigate way
- Relatively easy to start up and use, saved time compared to team members needing to onboard onto a complex software tool
- Saved a lot of team members’ time on tracking tasks and assigning tasks
- Less gaps during product development due to the ability to track and organize ideas/proposed tasks in one place
Asana is the best for task management, it’s easy to use and streamlined for team members to use with minimal intervention. It’s a lot nicer to use compared to similar products like Projectplace although there is some difference in features. It has much better features in terms of tracking and task assignment than Microsoft Teams which is the alternative, but does lack the seamless integration.
