Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR
Primarily in Human Resources, with some overlap in Payroll. I pull reports.
- The data is secure.
- The platform is old with cumbersome login
- Not a true integration with Payroll or ERP, need to maintain separate lists
- Clunky and hard to use
- It's a hard system to manage and takes too many hands.
- Although the price is reasonable, Ascentis management was unwilling to work with us in a difficult time for our organization, and they were inflexible with subscription options.
We will be looking into this in the next few months.
