Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

It is used across the organization HRIS, Performance Mgmt, Employee Self Service, Recruiting ATS, Onboarding.
  • Recruiting ATS works very well
  • Onboarding is awesome
  • HR database
  • All three are easy to use.
  • I would like to see the core HR function house address history.
  • The performance management system runs slow almost all the time. Needs to be faster.
  • Wish offer letters for onboarding had a little more room for customization.
  • Helps us handle candidates more efficiently and comply with government regulations.
  • Helps us monitor employee performance and progress.
  • Helps employees see and control their information in ESS and helps managers monitor their teams.
I have used multiple ATS systems and HR systems (your drop down list didn't see them). Taleo, SAP, Recruitmax, OpenHire, FilemakerPro. This is by far the best one I have used.
Ascentis support is pretty good. I get a quick response if the problem is easy to solve. If it's harder, I sometimes have to follow up multiple times and wait longer for communication back. I have noticed there is quite a bit of change in the reps who handle our account.
It is great for handling recruitment function, even for government contractors. The onboarding portal is easy to use. The performance management system could use some improvement in the way it is designed.
