Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We are a small Goverment agency of less than 100 employees. We have over 240 devices to keep update to date and found Automox very intuitive and easy to use, it has saved us time and money.
Pros
- patching critical updates
- Rebooting machine on a schedule
- very easy to use GUI
Cons
- being able to log in using another form of 2FA instead of just waiting for the email
- It has saved us thousands we were paying a 3rd party consultant who was using a well known RMM and it was just a huge pain machines rebooting or not getting patched randomly. We now do it in house and its so much easier
Same as previous answer, we went from a 3rd party consultant handling the patches and reboots, and now it is done in house, and I can make any changes on the fly so easy
I didn't like any of them vs Automox just liked it the momement I started using it. I think we were one of the early adopters of Automox
