Using ManageEngine RMM in one of the project for monitoring of Servers, storage and for incident and alert management for outage of services. The beauty of ManageEngine RMM is easyness of adding monitors and the beauty of automated search for network elements is ultimate. Coming to Reporting and alerts, it's very easy to create alerts with required min. & max. threshold for each and every attribute without any complexity.

  • Add grooving scripts

  • Integration with legacy systems
  • More flexibility for notifications
  • Improvement for process related tasks
It's well suited in case of asset management along with monitoring of hardware and softwares.

Performance monitoring for Middleware platform is another factor of using it but sometimes alerts got malfunctioned in our scenario which cab be due to multiple reasons along with hardware requirements.

We got difficulty creating redundant monitors for few of the assets. But overall it's good

Simple to use and easy to understand. Almost all features are GUI based which are good in comparison to others softwares like ConnectWise RMM. In comparison to that using groovy and other scripts along with standard features is the best thing you will find. Overall it's unique experience to use this.
