This is still a challenge based upon Concur's product roadmap.
Easy to use; great interface; modern look and feel.
We will soon be going live with managed returns and considering cert capture for W-9 compliance and further automation.
Sovos for TIN Verification. Currently Avalara has a more in-depth product suite.
It is really suited for companies that enjoy automation and prefer to spend time in front office vs. back office processing.
