Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Our accounting department uses is for sales tax compliance, and CertCapture.
  • Easy to use
  • Good reports to analyze sales by state
  • Have one login for AvaTax and CertCapture
  • Saves a lot of time on sales tax reporting.
  • Makes filing in CA (constantly changing rates) easy
  • Acumatica
It's very easy to use, and it does all the work behind the scenes, so we don't have to.
Yes, the certificate management is very helpful and keeps us in compliance.
Well suited for retailers selling to multiple states. It makes complying with state requirements very easy. It is probably less appropriate for a company selling in only one state, although it would still be helpful.
